They are known as Anonymous Dumaguete with the message below. There fighting for thier rights as a citizen and government corruption not just in Dumaguete but the whole nation.
"Greetings to all Dumagueteños!
It has come to our attention that the law being implented by the
LTO(Land Transportation Office) in Dumaguete City is way too accomodating.
We would like to specify our concern about the recent violation regarding
Open Muffler on those motorcycles.
Even police authorities are using motorcycles without plate numbers and open mufflers.
Un-licensed motorcycles are fined P2,000 yet Open Muffler would be fined P15,000.
It is not about the noise pollution, it is about EMPTY POCKETS!
It's time to let you know that WE ARE NOT BLIND.
This is one way of showing our grievances to the government.
Together we must stand tall and remind this world what it has forgotten;
that fairness, justice and freedom are more than just words.
The silent majority is a minority if their voices are not heard. Humanity needs you.
Your governments have failed you,
they sit atop their thrones and abuse their power.
We are all one in the belief that all of our governments have
failed humanity completely.
We are dangerous when we STAND UP,
