This quick tutorial explains how to install applications on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch without using iTunes.

5. Open CopyTrans Manager and connect your iPod Touch, iPad or iPhone
6. From the left pane of the main CopyTrans Manager window click on “Applications” under your iDevice name. This is the list of apps installed on your device. If you do not see “Applications”, this means that you haven’t yet installed any applications on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. Now click on the “Add tracks” button at the top of the program window

8. From the file browser, navigate to the application(s) you want to install. iOS applications have the *.ipa extension and can be found in the “My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications” folder
9. Next select the iOS application(s) you wish to add to your iDevice and click “Open”

11. Now click on the “Update” button in order to install the apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
The selected apps have been installed on your iPhone.
If you have trouble installing apps check whether:
· it’s a cracked ipa – CopyTrans Manager only installs genuine apps
· the app is for a newer iOS version than the one on your device (i.e. iOS 6.0 app will not install on iPhone running iOS 5.0)
· the app is for another iOS device model (i.e. trying to install an iPad app on an iPhone)
