Official Jelly Bean OTA Update is Now Available for Samsung Galaxy S3 in Korea

Finally Samsung roll out its official Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S3! It is a good news as well as bad news since Samsung only releasing the official Jelly Bean update for S3 in Korea at this moment. It was reported that Poland is the first to receive the Jelly Bean update for S3. And now, Samsung just started to update the S3 devices to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean at its own country.

From the release, we believe that International Galaxy S3 will receive Jelly Bean update very soon followed by US and others Europe countries.

The following Galaxy S3 models are able to update to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean: SHW-M440S, SHV-E210S and SHV-210L which all from Korea. For S3 model other than these, sit tight and wait for your turn to taste the Jelly Bean.

According to SamMobile, here are the changes within the update packages:

1.Platform upgrade Android 4.0 ICS -> Android 4.1 JB

- Improved performance when moves home screen to application, application to home screen

- Improved usability for some application

2.Add preload application

- Add Help application

3.New & Improved function

- Add Easy mode, Interception mode

- Improved Camera ability : add Pause function when you record video and ect

- Add Smart Rotation

- Upgrade Pop up Play : Can control its size and add pause function

- Improved usability for some application & function.
