2nd "BBMAX599" 

3rd "SUPERSURF200" 

4th "BBMAX220" 

5th "SUPERSURF999" 

6th "BBMAX599"

Click all "Add" button

STEP 7: 
SUPERSURF STATUS to 8888
if not sucessful, repeat STEP 6.
